We know we’ve all thought that once or twice (or all the time). Being a “successful” adult means thinking about things like finances, houses, your career and more. It’s a lot to manage and odds are you never really learned about it in school.
That’s why GenNext is hosting our Virtual Panel to cover those three big topics. We will be joined by industry experts who will tell us what we should be thinking about and doing to save properly, buy a house and find that perfect job. Our great panelists will also be answering questions submitted by you!

Kayla is a Sales Representative with Keller Williams Realty Centres. Prior to transitioning into Real Estate, Kayla had a career in Social Work, assisting adults with disabilities. This career allowed her to discover her passion and commitment to helping others. Through this career she became a strong advocate, listener and negotiator. Kayla has a natural ability for making clients feel at ease and comfortable through the real estate process. As a young agent, Kayla has developed a unique first time home buyer program to help people achieve their dreams of home ownership!
Gloria Evans is an Employer and Community Liaison with Georgian College Centre for Career and Community Services. In her work with Georgian College, Gloria has demonstrated an aptitude for community capacity building and developing successful business relationships with business leaders, a diversified client base, government leaders and community partners. She is a dedicated and committed career practitioner with a professional background and work experience in human resources, business management, leadership, and marketing.
Andrew Petras, Certified Financial Planner, IG Wealth Management, has worked with IG Wealth since finishing Business School at Lakehead University in 2013. Andrew works with families, business owners and professionals to help turn their dreams into obtainable goals. Andrew lives in Barrie and is a passionate skier in the winters. In the community, Andrew is the President of the Simcoe County alumni chapter of Lakehead University and treasurer of the Busby Centre in Barrie, which works to provide housing first solutions/practices to the community.
